Treasury Solutions Sales Analyst

Overview

The Treasury Management Sales Analyst drives revenue growth by supporting Treasury Sales Officers with product and procedural knowledge, analytical modeling and often acting as a bridge between Treasury Sales Officers and onboarding teams. The Sales Analyst is responsible for monitoring implementation of new services, assisting with training when needed, ensuring clients are satisfied, and new revenue is captured. The Treasury Solutions Sales Analyst plays a key role in new business development and sales support of prospective and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of treasury products and pricing, allowing for the coordination and support of new business development
• Prepare Treasury Management documentation for execution by client; coordinate digital delivery and receipt of signatures; ensure documentation is delivered to Treasury Onboarding Team and appropriately stored for future reference by Treasury Sales Officers and other partners
• Assist in preparation of sales presentation, proposals, and negotiated pricing documentation
• Actively use Ignite to move opportunities and necessary documentation through the sales pipeline process. Ensure entries are kept up-to-date and moved through to completion.
• Ensure pricing structure in XAA is established to ensure accurate billing
• Assist the Treasury Sales Officers with driving new business opportunities by identifying client needs and cross-selling treasury products and services
• Assist with pricing functions such as new pricing requests, modeling different scenarios, and exception pricing request
• Explain and train clients on bank’s core treasury services
• Review and test file formats (ACH, Positive Pay) for file transmissions and uploads
• Support marketing strategies and calling programs to uncover new opportunities with existing Treasury Management clients
• Provide support to clients for refresher training and troubleshooting technical issues
• Assist Treasury Sales Officers with the development and coordination of presentations for prospective Treasury Management clients and for the expansion of existing relationships
• Identify cross-sale opportunities, referring them to the appropriate area
• Work with Treasury Management Sales Manager on project and divisional initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience
• Good understanding of financial institution products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Must work with minimal supervision, show initiative and interface closely with executive management
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management and business clients

Preferred:

• Knowledge of general banking regulations and operating practices
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Thorough knowledge of all bank policies and procedures and the management skills to implement them
• Experience with treasury management products and services
