About The Role

As an Yankee Home Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to understand their needs and present customized solutions that improve their homes. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll build trust, demonstrate product value, and guide customers through the decision-making process. Qualified appointments are scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on delivering a great customer experience and closing sales. Successful representatives are motivated, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded.  This is a full-time, W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proven track record of achievement with examples of past success in work, school, and other areas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rappor
• Basic technological aptitude, including comfort using tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers in their homes
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and clearly present solutions
• Ability to effectively manage time and work independently in a field-based role
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn through training and coaching
