Pay: $46.00-$51.00 per hour
Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Telephone triage
- PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager
- After-hours admissions and screens
- Remote chart auditing
- Stand up and stand down participation
- Roughly 5-6 visits a day, less if an admission is completed
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
- Experience in hospice, oncology, or home health is preferred.
- Minimum two years of recent, professional nursing experience.
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
