Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The PRSC Program Director is responsible for: Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Recovery Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services. Supervising staff and volunteers, provides regular peer supervision and leadership development, and ensures ongoing training and capacity-building for all team members. Playing a vital role in enhancing recovery coaching efforts, developing strategies for continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe, supportive, and effective service environment.  Working beyond a standard 40-hour week, and a strong commitment to the Center’s mission and the needs of the recovery community.      QualificationsQualifications:  Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or another related field preferred. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position preferred.  Minimum of three years of experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.  Lived experience with addiction recovery preferred  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.  Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
