Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager
Hybrid – Marlborough, MA (1–2 Days Onsite Per Week)
We are supporting a global organization through a 12‑month, three‑phase standardization initiative and are seeking a Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join the PMO. This individual will play a key role in coordinating program activity, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accountability across global workstreams.
Position Overview
The Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager will support a large, highly visible transformation effort involving cross‑functional teams located across multiple regions. The ideal candidate excels at organization, communication, and structured follow‑through.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings and capture accurate notes, decisions, and action items
- Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across global teams
- Drive stakeholder follow‑up to ensure commitments and timelines are met
- Support PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and standardization processes
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and core program artifacts
- Support coordination and communication across teams in multiple time zones
- Partner with project leads to ensure progress through each program phase
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global programs, business standardization initiatives, or ERP implementations
- Strong background in project coordination or project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and documentation discipline
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required
This is a Contract position based out of Marlborough, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
