Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to oversee the safety program at Dav-Tech Plating. You will be responsible for safety-related training, performing safety audits, overseeing employee safety on the floor and other responsibilities. This is a full time roll that will have you see you spend equal times in your office and on the warehouse floor. Job & Quality Requirements

• Oversee all safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements
• Conduct routine safety inspections and job site audits to identify hazards
• Serve as a point of contact for safety-related concerns from employees and management
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
• Support emergency preparedness plans and drills
• Oversee the safety of production employees, contractors, and guests

Job Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English proficiently
• Have the ability to operate general office equipment
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of all applicable safety and environmental requirements for Dav-Tech Plating
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Proactive approach to hazard prevention
• First Aid / CPR certification
• Grade 3 Wastewater License Required
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in workplace safety or OSHA compliance
