Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Segment Marketing Leader to lead our EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) Photoresist business. This role owns the global EUV segment P&L and is responsible for defining and executing the long-term growth strategy for one of Qnity's most critical technology platforms.

Working closely with commercial, technical, and business leadership teams, the Segment Marketing Leader will drive portfolio strategy, market positioning, pricing, new product commercialization, and strategic growth initiatives that enable next-generation semiconductor manufacturing.

What You Will Do

  • Own the global EUV Photoresist segment P&L and deliver annual and long-range business objectives.

  • Develop and execute marketing and business strategies that support sustained double-digit growth.

  • Translate business strategy into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams on priorities, investments, and performance targets.

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and technology roadmaps to identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive global market positioning and promotion of Qnity's EUV products, technologies, and brands.

  • Partner with R&D, application development, and sales teams to define new product requirements and commercialization strategies.

  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize value creation while supporting long-term profitability objectives.

  • Lead portfolio management activities, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-impact growth opportunities.

  • Drive successful execution of innovation and commercialization programs across the EUV product portfolio.

  • Support business planning activities, including Strategy Reviews, Execution Reviews, and Innovation Investment planning.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and advanced lithography materials market.

  • Strong knowledge of photoresist technologies and semiconductor manufacturing processes.

  • Proven ability to translate technology and market trends into growth strategies and business results.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across global organizations.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, pricing, or product marketing.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Experience with photoresists, lithography materials, or advanced semiconductor process technologies.

  • Prior responsibility for product line management, segment marketing, business leadership, or P&L ownership.

  • Experience managing innovation portfolios and commercialization pipelines in a technology-driven business.

  • Ability to identify and solve complex business and market challenges while balancing short- and long-term priorities.
