Position Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic Salesforce professional who understands business objectives and translates them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong administrative, development, integration, and stakeholder engagement experience, with a preference for configuration-based solutions over unnecessary customization.

Note: Candidate must have 4+ years of Salesforce OmniStudio experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce System Administrator across Salesforce environments.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and access controls.
  • Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, approvals, and automation processes.
  • Respond to user support requests, enhancement requests, and platform issues.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Coordinate evaluation, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancement and development requests.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming and requirements sessions.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
  • Review and improve vendor-developed Salesforce solutions and configurations.
  • Perform system audits, health checks, and release readiness activities.
  • Support platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
  • Recommend scalable solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Provide user guidance, documentation, and training support.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
  • Experience serving as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment.
