Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Complete oversight of BME operations for large, complex sites and/or multiple sites to ensure service program efficiency and to satisfy the equipment support needs of the company.

The purpose of the BME Sr. Manager position is to develop, coordinate, and expand the BME program as necessary to ensure all aspects of service (internal and external) for all lab instrumentation and general lab equipment satisfy the quality and regulatory requirements and service needs for each lab, enabling operations to run efficiently, profitably, and with excellent quality.

As we expand our portfolio of minimal residual disease (MRD) testing solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bioinformatics Scientist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of bioinformatics methods that directly impact cancer patient care, enabling improved monitoring, and more informed treatment decisions. 

As the Regional Manager of Bioinformatics Operations team, you will lead the east region directly contributing to our focus of delivering actionable diagnostic insights that enable superior patient care.  The focus of this role is to oversee and deliver high quality, stable and efficient Bioinformatics Pipelines and Applications in our genetic laboratories.  You will work in an agile environment, foster innovation and lead the team in validating, supporting, and extending fully automated clinical-grade analysis pipelines and applications that meet the needs of our customers. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Bioinformatics Research Engineers, Laboratory/Medical Scientists, and Enterprise IT etc. You will ensure the appropriate service levels and sample TATs are maintained.  Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for quality products across the region both on prem and in the cloud. 

This professional will work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days required onsite at our Marlborough, MA location.
