Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Recovery Coach is responsible for: Non-clinical support services within the Peer Recovery Support Centers to support members within the center. Providing this support from their own lived experience with addiction and/or co-occurring mental health disorders Providing health and wellness coaching to patients and assist them identifying and utilizing health and wellness supports in the community. QualificationsQualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of uninterrupted recovery required three to five years of uninterrupted recovery preferred. Completion of Recovery Coach Academy and Recovery coach certification required within the first 12 months of employment. Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services. Strong skills in the areas of communication, follow through, collaboration, and customer service. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in contemporary Windows operating systems and Windows office suites with an emphasis on Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems; experience entering and working with data; and comfort and experience using mobile technologies. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. High energy level, flexibility, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a multidisciplinary team atmosphere while also working independently. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have access to a safe, operational, and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport Members.
