Department: Plant Maintenance

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking an Office Assistant for our Plant Maintenance department. We are looking for people with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Prior experience with clerical duties and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (copiers, printers).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Must have good critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, and communication skills.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs various administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Primarily performs clerical and reception duties, office management and organization of project management documents. Functions as the key communications source for supplies, equipment, and services as needed/directed for projects.
