Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Cook! We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in working with older adults desired. Must have a genuine desire to assist older adults with Dementia
  • Previous experience in a health care facility food service department preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate well with residents, their family members and other staff
  • Must be mature, friendly and enjoy working with people
  • Neat in appearance and good personal hygiene
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified.(willing to provide training if needed)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed/instructed by the Food Service Team Leader to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
