Dealership Mobile Service Porter / Customer Experience Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and professional Mobile Service Porter to join our dealership team. This position plays an important role in supporting our Mobile Service Department, assisting customers, delivering parts, and helping create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

Transport customers to and from their homes or other local destinations as needed
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles when required
Deliver parts to technicians, customers, or other dealership locations
Assist the Mobile Service team with daily operational needs
Help provide excellent customer service and support customer advocacy efforts
Maintain a clean, professional, and helpful attitude with customers and employees
Communicate clearly with service advisors, technicians, and management
Assist with keeping dealership and service areas organized when needed
Represent the dealership in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Schedule:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Must have good communication and customer service skills
Must be comfortable driving customer vehicles
Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team
Dealership or automotive experience is helpful but not required
