About the Opportunity: An established SUD treatment provider is launching its first New Jersey location - a Partial Care and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program in Marlton. We're seeking an experienced clinical leader who is ready to supervise a team, drive treatment quality, and help set the standard for care in a new market.

The Role: The Clinical Director oversees all clinical services, staff supervision, treatment planning quality, and co-occurring disorder programming. Candidates who additionally meet the qualifications for NJ Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Administrator are strongly preferred (2 years of administrative or supervisory experience in an NJ SUD facility).

Clinical Director Qualifications:

  • Must be NJ-licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, or psychologist.
  • If not a LCADC, must have a CSS designation.
  • 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience in an SUD facility preferred
