This is a seasonal position October 14, 2026 - April 14, 2027


Job Purpose:

A Guest Services Associate provides quality customer service and product knowledge, along with daily tasks of the operation. Services Associates are excited to help each and every guest with their needs, they spend time working in Guest Services and the ticket office.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Honor Commitments:

  • Process Season’s Passes, Lift Tickets, and Retail Sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests receive the products and services they have paid for.
  • Complete all other job duties as assigned, fulfilling commitments to the team and the resort.


Create Positive Experiences:

  • Greet guests as they enter the store with a positive and welcoming attitude, creating a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Give accurate and current information about the merchandise for all brands carried, helping guests make informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience.


Foster Lifelong Learning:

  • Required to gain knowledge of Marquette Mountain property and the surrounding area, demonstrating a commitment to learning and improving knowledge of the resort and its surroundings.
  • Must be able to answer questions about activities and sights in the area, continuously expanding knowledge to better assist guests.


Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

  • Must be able to work independently and multitask, showing initiative and a pioneering spirit in managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times especially when answering all phone calls and questions, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.


Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

  • Cleaning and organizing workspace daily, demonstrating care and stewardship for the store's facilities.
  • All other job duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of the retail operation and the resort.

Minimum Qualifications:
