We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to join our medical device manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and compliance. What You’ll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect in‑house and supplier‑purchased products using high‑precision measurement tools while working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations to achieve optimal product quality
  • Inspect semi‑finished and finished goods for conformance to specifications, drawings, and inspection requirements
  • Perform AQL inspections and 100% inspections as required
  • Operate and navigate high‑precision inspection equipment such as CMMs, Keyence, and Vision Systems
  • Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly
  • Create Non‑Conformances (NCs) when parts do not meet specifications
  • Read measurement reports and provide clear feedback to engineers, machinists, and team members
  • Participate in Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with internal safety policies and OSHA requirements

*This role may include additional responsibilities to support business needs.


What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1 year of related inspection or manufacturing experience (preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Basic computer skills (standard operating procedures, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Basic math skills and ability to read prints
  • Fundamental understanding of GD&T
  • Ability to perform basic inspection techniques
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP, Propel, or similar systems
  • Ability to locate priority orders and track status within ERP systems
