We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to join our medical device manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and compliance. What You’ll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect in‑house and supplier‑purchased products using high‑precision measurement tools while working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations to achieve optimal product quality
Inspect semi‑finished and finished goods for conformance to specifications, drawings, and inspection requirements
Perform AQL inspections and 100% inspections as required
Operate and navigate high‑precision inspection equipment such as CMMs, Keyence, and Vision Systems
Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly
Create Non‑Conformances (NCs) when parts do not meet specifications
Read measurement reports and provide clear feedback to engineers, machinists, and team members
Participate in Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with internal safety policies and OSHA requirements

What You Bring

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
1 year of related inspection or manufacturing experience (preferred)

Technical Skills

Basic computer skills (standard operating procedures, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Basic math skills and ability to read prints
Fundamental understanding of GD&T
Ability to perform basic inspection techniques
Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP, Propel, or similar systems
Ability to locate priority orders and track status within ERP systems
