Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator Level 1

Department: Warehouse

Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt

Reports To: Operations Supervisor of Warehouse & Fulfillment/Branch Manager

 

The primary responsibilities of a level one warehouse coordinator are picking and shipping of orders in a timely manner. Level of service is same day order pick and ship for any orders received before 2:30pm (NED) and 4:30pm local delivery. They also assist with processing returns and regular cycle counts of inventory. This level also needs to be able to assist/backup team members with deliveries, order entry, and inventory management.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Competent in order picking – 96% accuracy minimum
  • Able to determine shipping method, LTL or parcel shipping, and correct carrier for each order either on Innovative account or 3rd party
  • Answer general customer questions
  • Keeps clean and orderly workspace
  • Participate in responding to CCI team emails and inquiries. 
  • Support processing returns 
  • Ability to complete daily opening and closing activities
  • Inventory management including receiving, order entries, profit loss, journal entries, etc.
  • Assist with keep fill for mine specific mine orders.
  • Send end of day parcel summaries to internal teams
  • Back up driver when needed. Must have a chauffer’s license, DOT medical card, and MSHA training. 
  • Need to be present in unloading of any inbound deliveries that happen daily.
  • Load truck(s) for next day deliveries as assigned
  • Vehicle maintenance for all vehicles
  • Forklift certified
  • Basic computer knowledge with emails, excel, and word.
  • Coachable - Other duties as assigned

 

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 5-50 lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel
