Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm rotating weekend on call

How you’ll contribute 

A Radiation Therapist who excels in this role:

  • Delivers accurately the prescribed planned course of radiation therapy with minimal supervision.

  • Creates and executes patient treatment schedules.

  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition. Fabricates immobilization devices, and blocks, custom blocks, bolus, etc. 

  • Observes radiation safety measures for patient and personnel. 

  • Maintains storage areas with required supply levels and equipment.

  • Disassembles, cleans, and sterilizes equipment, and performs preventative maintenance and calibration of machines. 

  • Maintains records of daily treatment and other records as required. 

  • Simulates patients according to Radiation Oncologist’s instruction.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a current state ARRT Certification and an Associate's Degree. Additional requirements include:

  • ARRT (T) Radiation Therapy Registry

  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

  • Varian, TrueBeam and ARIA experience preferred
