Do you love working with little ones? We're looking for Full Time Childcare Team Support or Floaters in our Mars location! If you're passionate about helping young ones learn, grow, and explore the world around them, we'd love to meet you.

Pay & Perks You'll Love:

• Competitive Pay: $17-20/hour (based on experience and education)

  • 4 days/week (10-hour shifts), OR

  • 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)

What You'll Do:

• Love & care for a classroom of curious kiddos

• Substitute in different classrooms each day helping the teachers

• Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment

• Team up with parents to support each child's growth

• Join in on special activities, songs, and projects

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of childcare experience (babysitting counts!)

• Friendly, playful, and great at leading activities

• Strong communicator with kids, parents, and staff

• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get trained with us)

• Able to meet licensing requirements (clearances, health checks, etc.)
