Enhances the abundant life of residents by providing assistance through performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. As a Caregiver you maintain resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of support plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs.

Caregiver Med-Tech qualifications include: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of state medication-approved administration course and direct care programs.
• CPR/First Aid or successful completion after hire.
