Key Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafeteria, including washing dishes, cleaning tables, and sweeping floors. - Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Set up and break down dining areas before and after meal services, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed. - Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor. - Support the cafeteria team in delivering excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from patrons. - Follow all established procedures for waste disposal and recycling, contributing to the college's sustainability efforts. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and a positive dining environment for all visitors.
