You will meticulously follow the defined Equipment Set-up operating procedures, accurately processing records to track the location of all equipment. You'll conduct thorough checks of returned equipment, confirming that asset and serial numbers align before organizing them for efficient storage. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring parts availability in the setup area, contributing to operational efficiency.

Are you the Equipment Specialist we're looking for?

To excel as an Equipment Specialist at Viking Coca Cola, you will need a unique blend of skills and technical knowledge. Strong communication skills—both written and oral—are essential as you will be collaborating closely with team members and coordinating with the asset coordinator. A foundational ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions is crucial for accurate record processing and tracking equipment.

Your basic knowledge of computer boards, alongside electrical and mechanical aptitude, will empower you to troubleshoot effectively. Proficiency in using basic power tools is necessary for equipment handling, and you must have the certification and capability to operate a forklift, with training provided by the company. Lastly, a valid Class D driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check are requirements that ensure safety and compliance in your role.
