First Independent Bank is seeking a full-time Floating Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our 12 locations throughout Southwest Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

As a CSR, you will assist customers with financial transactions, identify opportunities to meet their banking needs, and provide exceptional service. This position offers variety, professional growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Support business growth through referrals and cross-selling efforts.
Represent First Independent Bank through community involvement and engagement.
Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous banking, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel reliably to all First Independent Bank locations in Southwest Minnesota.
