Job DetailsJob Location: Marshall, MO 65340Position Type: PRNLicensed PRN Physical Therapist (Skilled Nursing Facility) Innovate Rehab and Wellness    Status: PRN (as-needed) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Flexible, as-needed shifts (realistic daily scheduling to support work–life balance) Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience   Benefits: Flexible, PRN schedule One-on-one patient care focus (group/concurrent < 1%) Supportive, therapist- and veteran-owned company culture Opportunities for professional development and career growth About Us 25+ years as a leading skilled health care provider Therapist- and veteran-owned Dedicated to industry-leading, patient-centered care Supportive, collaborative clinical team Why Join Us One-on-one care focus Group/concurrent treatments under 1% Realistic scheduling for work-life balance Strong emphasis on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction Professional growth and development opportunities   Position Summary As a Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations Create and lead individualized treatment plans Help restore movement, function, and quality of life Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive PT evaluations Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program) Valid state PT license Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills CPR certification preferred    Qualifications
