Sign On Bonus: Eligible for a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

 

Shift Differentials:

  • $5.00/hour from 3 PM – 11 PM
  • $7.50/hour from 11 PM – 7 AM
  • $7.50/hour on weekends starting Friday at 11p-Mon 7a

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and clinical judgment
  • Collaborate with providers, care teams, patients, and families to support positive outcomes
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate and delegate care activities based on patient needs and team roles
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient care within the EMR
  • Support safe patient handoffs and continuity of care across settings and shifts
  • Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards
  • Serve as a resource and supportive team member within the department
  • Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development
  • Help maintain a respectful, compassionate, and team-oriented care environment

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate Degree of Nursing

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established by Iowa Board of Nursing.
