Summary:
Oxbo Forage Division is seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for agriculture. This position will have responsibilities which include delivery of new products, solving complex problems, and prioritizing and delegating work directions to engineers and/or designers.
Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop hydraulic and electrical systems to meet product requirements.
- Solve problems as they relate to these systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers on system requirements
- Create and maintain in E3 and Solidworks/Creo systems the electrical/hydraulic schematics.
- Design 3D routings with Mechanical Engineers for the best routing path, including defining attachment points
- Investigate and troubleshoot both prototypes and machines in use at customer sites.
- Involved in research and development projects in order to continue to improve the work
- Ensure that production and installation drawings and drawings of electrical and hydraulic components meet the required specifications
- Create and maintain bills of materials (BOM), options and variants for the electrical and hydraulic systems
- Assist production with technical challenges, supply issues or other production-related problems
- Experience with data acquisition equipment as it relates to the hydraulic field.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience with a proven track record of completing projects in the electrical and hydraulic domains
- Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Control/Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
- Core Experience: Zuken E3, Windchill/Solidworks PDM, 3D routing tools
- Protocols & Tools: CAN bus, J1939 (ISOBUS/ISO11783 preferred); (Codebeamer/Polarion; Office tools).
- Domain Exposure: Agricultural machinery, off-highway, automotive, or mechatronic systems.
- Language: English fluency.
