Machine Operator I

Job DetailsJob Location: Marshfield, WI 54449Job Category: ManufacturingPay and Shift Pay: $25.11, plus $1.10 2nd shift differential 2nd Shift: 6pm-6am 2 on 2 off 3 15 days a month with 2 weekends. Time and a half on all non scheduled days requested/volunteered regardless of hours.   General Duties Operate motorized equipment (I.E forklift, KVAL lifts, etcetera) as needed. Read and follow sizing instructions and quality check with tape measure. Set up and adjust equipment to sizing specifications, understand drawings, change heads and other tools. Miscellaneous duties include basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance and station keeping. Supports other team members through collaboration and communication. Requirements And Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications One year of manufacturing experience. Highschool diploma or GED. Willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day). Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day. (up to 25% in an 8-hour day.) Push/Pull up to 100lbs with assistance (up to 13% in an 8-hour day.) Be comfortable standing in place for extended times. Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
