Together, we build not just products, but a culture of excellence and collaboration.  You will oversee plant activities, supervise the overall production, and delegate work assignments to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are identified, structured and addressed. Use production boards to keep employees enlightened and informed of the department performance against standards, working with them to reach their goals. Responsibilities:     Create a positive environment of engaged employees.     Provide leadership, ensuring metrics are reviewed; metric misses are addressed with countermeasures, root cause identification, corrective actions, with assigned responsibility and target completion dates and ensure any support required is identified and verified.     Maintain the integrity of Tier Board data and information.     Perform regular lean process audits to verify integrity of lean standards.     Provide training, demonstration and coaching to assigned process/team on lean tools and methodology.     Work with leadership team and employees to assess employee talent and developmental needs.     Provide regular communication, feedback, coaching and ongoing support to employees.     Ensure that an effective communication system is in place through all levels of the process.     Ensure that roles and expectations are clearly communicated throughout the process team.     Work with team leads to direct production activities in accordance with Production Schedule and established priorities, ensuring maximum              utilization of assigned resources, machines, personnel, and materials.     Evaluate and suggest improvements to functional leadership on production methods to improve productivity and improve scrap.     Assist employees in the interpretation of procedures, methods, and correct use of production equipment to ensure procedures are followed.     Understand and support quality policies and implements guidelines to assure adherence to quality documents and standards.     Responsible for interviewing, hiring and development of operations staff.     Responsible for discipline, addressing complaints and resolving issues in accordance with applicable laws and/or company policy.   QualificationsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:     Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal     Demonstrated ability to lead.     Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.     Excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, computer literacy     Ability to supervise is essential for the candidate to perform successfully in this position.     Good oral and written communication skills     Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.     Previous experience with Kronos; Workday; FoxPro considered an asset.     Works with integrity and respect displaying a high degree of tact and diplomacy.     Must be familiar with analyzing information.     Good understanding of HR and Financial acumen is highly desired. Qualifications College Degree in a related field is preferred or the combination of High School diploma with several years of experience in a supervisory role. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of related experience in Manufacturing Supervision preferred.
