What You'll Do

As the leader on the job site, you'll set the standard for quality, safety, and teamwork every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, ductwork, and complete HVAC systems.
• Read installation plans and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Coach, train, and mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
• Verify proper airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and overall system performance.
• Perform equipment startups, testing, and final quality inspections.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process, answering questions and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure every project runs smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time.

What You Bring

We're looking for a leader who takes pride in quality work and enjoys helping others succeed.

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and keep projects on schedule.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification preferred (or required, based on company requirements).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
