Description

MSHN provides residential group home living for individuals with mental health needs. We are currently working to establish a cleaning crew for our locations throughout the Northwest region. The duties will include, but not be limited to:

Cleaning baseboards, trim, windowsills, and wiping down walls
Cleaning ceiling fans and fixtures
Cleaning/Defrosting refrigerators and freezers
Assisting with organizational needs
Moving and cleaning under couches, chairs, beds and other household furniture
Floor scrubbing, stripping, sweeping, mopping, and waxing
Cleaning windows
Deep cleaning of bathrooms to include sanitizing showers/tubs, sinks, floors, walls and toilets
General outside environmental cleanliness to include sweeping, removing litter, maintaining porches and outside living areas

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid Driver's License

Successful completion of a Drug Screen.

Background results within the company standards.

Must have CPR and First Aid or must complete MSHN CPR/FIRST AID Class within the first thirty days of employment.

Organization and Prioritization of work Absolute Necessity.

Ability to bend, twist, stretch, reach with arms, body and legs, lift 50 pounds or below. Able to use cleaning chemicals and supplies, climb step stools, and move furniture, to include lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying objects.

Ability to use, but not limited to: Vacuum cleaner, mops, dust mops, squeegees, carpet cleaners and floor buffers
