Aggregate/Hot Mix Asphalt Scheduler - What Will You Do?

  • Support NESL by developing, planning, and performing day-to-day scheduling of aggregate and hot mix asphalt materials for delivery and pick-up.
  • Address daily needs related to HMA plants for Internal and External customers.
  • Ensure orders are shipped in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide backup for customer service reps and HMA coordinators.
  • Assess individual job needs and efficiently schedules independent fleets/haulers and company fleet according to material requirements, job location, and truck location. This includes fixed onsite assignments.
  • Assist with resolution of customer delivery issues.
  • Maintains accurate records of backlog and shipped orders.

Requirements – Who Are We Looking For?

  • Previous experience in scheduling or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Apex, Five Cubits, Plant Demand, and Command Track. 
  • Extensive knowledge of geographic service area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"
  • High School Graduate/GED.
