Powder Coating Team Lead Team Lead position is crucial to our goals of quality production, customer satisfaction, empowered employees, and continuous improvement. Hours: 40 hours on average
Schedule: M-F

- Machine Reliability & Trouble Shooting
- Cell/Shop Cleanliness
- Part Quality & Improvements
- Maintain Tier 1 Board
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with supervisor/manager to develop and maintain procedures for daily work that emphasize quality production and employee purpose.
- Develop and maintain respectful relationships with other teams and departments
- Work as a team member within the larger company
- Be a leader in the Swiss Production Shop by aligning with the vision and goals of the company and the department accordingly
- Provide necessary progress updates
- Trouble-shoot machines on floor as needed
- Daily Production Shop work
- Perform QC of parts and adjusting to bring into spec
- Train and develop new employees
- Run morning huddles
- Maintain inventory control of raw and finished parts
- Coordinate with other team leads on labor sharing
- Complete LSW
Required Competencies
- Responsible and dependable

- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to use calipers and gauges
- Able to communicate well with other team members
- Willing to learn and problem solve as a team player
- Machining knowledge and or experience
- Demonstrated trustworthiness

- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly using hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
