Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize daily office operations and correspondence within the religious institution.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for leadership and staff members.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, including emails, newsletters, and memos.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and programs aligned with the institution's mission.
  • Support financial administration tasks such as invoice processing, budgeting assistance, and expense tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization, vendors, and community members, fostering positive relationships.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within religious or nonprofit organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
