Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily office operations and correspondence within the religious institution.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for leadership and staff members.
- Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents.
- Prepare and distribute communications, including emails, newsletters, and memos.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and programs aligned with the institution's mission.
- Support financial administration tasks such as invoice processing, budgeting assistance, and expense tracking.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization, vendors, and community members, fostering positive relationships.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within religious or nonprofit organizations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
