Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
                    Hours are 10:00 PM– 6:30 AM Sunday through Thursday.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Repair machinery and equipment, including basic electrical work.
- Interpret product specifications, blue prints and job orders to machine operators.
- Maintain and provide manufacturing information by compiling, sorting and analyzing performance records and data.
- Maintain work flow by monitoring production process, equipment and personnel and establishing process variables to meet production goals.
- Facilitate engineering activities in support of new product and process introduction.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, efficiencies, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Ensure operation of the equipment - report process issues and initiate maintenance requests.
- Complete shift paperwork and communication with other shift supervisors and Production Manager.
- Assist in production as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Five years mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
- Associates Degree – Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or the equivalent years of experience in a technical field desired.Â
- Ability to lift: 10 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
