Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services
• Help residents regain mobility, function, and independence
• Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed PT or new graduate approaching licensure
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
