Your Role

  • Culture Builder: Drive initiatives focused on employee morale, recognition, and professional development.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership to align human resources strategy with our organizational goals.
  • Talent Architect: Lead the full lifecycle of the employee experience from innovative recruiting and onboarding to development, retention and engagement, offboarding and advocacy alumni.
  • Compliance Guardian: Ensure our agency remains a leader in best practices, navigating employment law (EEO, ADA, FMLA) with expertise in addition to leading all labor relations strategies.


Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have at least 5 years of HR experience and a Master’s degree (preferred) in HR, Business, or Psychology.
  • Certified: You hold a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (strongly preferred).
  • A Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential issues with grace and judgment.
  • Business-Savvy: You understand how sound HR practices and fiscal responsibility drive organizational success.
