The Kitchen Manager is someone who possesses an ownership mentality and is passionate about delivering culinary excellence to every guest, every time. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the assistance of daily operations of the kitchen and helping to ensure the company’s mission is met, every guest, every time!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a helpful and service oriented customer service approach at all time
- Ensure superior quality food and beverages are being served at all times
- Management of ALL back of house staff which includes monitoring staffing levels and labor at all times.
- Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Oversight of inventory/ordering via our process and distributors
- Administrative such as rate changes, separations, discipline forms, and injury reports, etc.
