Lead Carpenter / Craftsman

Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Schedule: Full-Time (No Weekend Work)
Pay Rate: $32–$36/hour (based on experience)

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a reliable, experienced, and versatile Lead Carpenter / Craftsman to join our growing home repair and remodeling team in Maryland Heights, MO.

• Perform a wide range of residential maintenance, repair, and remodeling tasks
• Lead and execute projects including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, and plumbing work
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions across multiple trades
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and support office staff coordination
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local building codes

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or handyman services
• Strong proficiency across multiple trades
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely use a wide range of hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work

Nice to Have:

• Vocational or technical training in construction or related field
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
