Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

The NCM Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing VIP group events, casino tours, and National Casino Marketing programs across Hollywood Casino St. Louis and River City Casino & Hotel. This role serves as a key liaison between guests, independent hosts, player development teams, and property departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines casino industry expertise, event and travel coordination skills, and luxury-level customer service with strong organizational and communication abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute VIP group events, casino tours, and cross-property marketing programs.
  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, transportation, and special guest requests.
  • Build and maintain event budgets, pro formas, post-event recaps, guest manifests, and itineraries.
  • Partner with corporate teams, independent hosts, Player Development, Gaming, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Transportation, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Welcome and assist VIP guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Communicate event details, arrival information, and program updates to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, independent agents, and player development leaders to drive loyalty and repeat visitation.
  • Load promotional slot play and manage player offers in accordance with company guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Monitor customer activity through player tracking systems, including PENN Play.
  • Stay informed on property events, entertainment offerings, market trends, and National Casino Marketing initiatives.
  • Provide outstanding, personalized service while resolving guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Casino industry experience required.
  • Must be 21+
  • 2+ years of experience in casino marketing, player development, hospitality, event management, travel planning, VIP services, or sales.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating group travel, events, and high-touch customer experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with player loyalty programs and customer tracking systems; PENN Play experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced casino environment.
  • Professional presentation and commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability.
