In this vibrant and fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front-of-house operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Guest Service Run guest room halls and housekeeping closets for dirty bar glassware, plates, silverware, and room service trays. Assist the bartender with refilling non-alcoholic beverages at the tables, including water, iced tea, coffee, and juices. Food & Beverage Operations Expedite all food orders from the kitchen to the bar, ensuring to take completed food tickets off the chit line. Pre-bus dirty plates at the bar tables after guests have finished their courses. Return all dirty silverware to the bar for washing and dirty plates to the kitchen. Bar Support Assist with washing and putting away all bar glassware. Clean and wipe down bar tables after guests leave. Keep the bar floor swept and clean throughout your shift. Assist with cutting fruit and rolling silverware as needed. Kitchen Operations Keep the kitchen line stocked with essential items, including ketchup, ramekins, crackers, silverware, napkins, and condiments. Take dirty dish cart to the dish station and return with an empty cart. Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Schedule Full-time availability required, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.
