What You’ll Do

Customer-Facing Opportunities

Greet and assist customers and donors.
Operate the cash register and process transactions.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
Support daily store operations.

Processing & Production Opportunities

Greet and assist customers and donors.
Sort and inspect donated merchandise.
Process clothing, household goods, and miscellaneous items.
Price and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
Organize inventory and maintain production areas.
Meet quality and productivity expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 16 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
