As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.
Job Duties:
- Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
- Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
- Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
- Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Dependability and punctuality
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
Shift Availability:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- Day and night shifts available
- Monday to Friday and weekend availability required
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
