Responsibilities:Â
Process Analysis & Standardization
•    Conduct time studies for Type 1 and Type 3 jobs to capture accurate cycle-time data.
•    Develop standardized work instructions based on time study analysis and best practices.
•    Perform machine studies to visualize machine cycle times and identify OEE improvement opportunities.
Continuous Improvement / Kaizen
•    Generate kaizen ideas derived from time study results, process observations, and data analysis.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to develop kaizen plans, quantify projected impacts, implement changes, and measure results.
•    Support and lead productivity improvement efforts across various operations.
Training & Coaching
•    Develop coaching and teaching skills to facilitate training sessions related to productivity improvement and production systems.
•    Train operators, team leaders, and other stakeholders on standardized work, process improvements, and newly implemented changes.
Process Mapping & Systems Thinking
•    Create current-state Material and Information Flow Diagrams (MIFDs) to document how material and information move throughout a production or warehouse area.
•    Collaborate with leadership to design future-state MIFDs aligned with long-term strategic goals.
Communication & Leadership Engagement
•    Prepare and deliver presentations to various levels of leadership to report project status, propose improvements, or seek approval for initiatives.
•    Communicate clearly with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and support for process changes.

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of standardized work development and continuous improvement principles.
- Understanding of kaizen, lean methodologies, and production systems.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate to all organizational levels.
- Ability to coach, teach, and lead training sessions effectively.
- Effective cross-functional team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and productivity improvement tools.
- Willingness to learn on the job to enhance skill to complete responsibilities
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field required
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
