Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Installs and configures ITS hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved tools and methodologies

• Leads the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and networking devices

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software.

• Mentors technical and application teams on hardware standards and requirements

• Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices.

• Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices.

• Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Utilizes user Active Directory to manage user and hardware needs

• Responds to customer inquiries and work with end users to assure their issues are addressed appropriately

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Associate degree in Information Systems or related field of study.

• Experience - Five (5) years related work experience

• Equivalent combination of education/work experience may be considered in lieu of requirements detailed above.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and tasks

• Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring tools and technique

• Experience with server and workstation setup, configuration, and maintenance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
