ERP Compliance Internship

Position Summary: Clayton offers a multitude of different opportunities through our Summer Internship Program. The Clayton Summer Internship Program challenges students to think critically and analytically within their field of study while allowing them direct, hands-on working experience. The ERP Compliance Intern will play a critical role in a niche area of Accounting/Finance that is compliance related in the Segregation of Duties (SOD) space as it pertains to Oracle cloud software

Internship Program Details:

  • Internships are paid, full-time, hourly positions.
  • Internship dates are May 18th – August 7th 2025
  • Internships include several professional development workshops and opportunities for networking with other interns across Clayton's various lines of business.
  • Interns will facilitate a presentation of their Summer project to Clayton Senior Leadership at the completion of their internship.

What you will do:

  • Utilize ERP system for data collection and reporting
  • Respond to and audit daily user access requests for Oracle via TechNow service tickets
  • Assist with projects associated with user access (go-lives & new job roles)

What skills you will learn or develop:

  • Intermediate – Advanced excel experience
  • Utilization of a corporate technology ticketing system
  • Learn Oracle system
  • Understanding of job roles and how they relate to users, job functions, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a rising junior, senior majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or related field
  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • SOD knowledge preferred
  • Oracle experience a plus
