Master Trainer / Lead Personal Trainer
Pay: $35–$50/hour + performance bonuses
Schedule: Flexible scheduling | Full-time preferred
Location: Mobile training throughout Mascoutah and surrounding areas

Are you an experienced personal trainer ready to step into leadership? GYMGUYZ is looking for a Master Trainer to lead by example—training clients, mentoring trainers, and helping grow our local fitness team.
Unlike traditional gyms, GYMGUYZ brings personal training directly to clients in their homes, offices, and other convenient locations. No waiting for walk-ins. No selling memberships at the front desk. Just real coaching, leadership opportunities, and the ability to make a direct impact.
This role is ideal for someone with strong training experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership, team development, and business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Â Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessionsÂ
- Â Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessmentsÂ
- Â Create customized workout programs based on client goalsÂ
- Â Mentor and support personal trainers on best practicesÂ
- Â Help maintain high coaching standards across the teamÂ
- Â Track client progress and retention metricsÂ
- Â Support local marketing and community outreach eventsÂ
- Â Partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiativesÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)Â
- Â CPR/AED certificationÂ
- Â 3+ years of personal training experienceÂ
- Â Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferredÂ
- Â Strong communication and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Â Sales experience is a plusÂ
-  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license requiredÂ
