As the Functional Family Specialist you will be responsible for assessing client interactions, formulating interventions based on the identified treatment plan, evaluating the progress of treatment goals and providing direct care services. The position will be assigned to the 2nd judicial district cases.  Specific responsibilities include:   Direct Services Provide a minimum of one-hour weekly, home-based family therapy sessions to clients Utilize the Functional Family Therapy model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18. Hande a caseload of 10 to 15 families, providing services anywhere from eight to 26 weeks. Maintain flexibility in schedule to meet families when they are available. Case Management Implementation Facilitate community resource planning, case progress evaluation & permanency planning. Participate in discharge planning & documentation. Interface with school, medical & psychiatric contacts, referring worker and collaterals. Collaborate with stakeholders for case management.     Why work here?
