Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Radiation Oncology Supervisor!
As a Radiation Oncology Supervisor at MercyOne, you will:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center
- Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development
- Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services
- Adhere to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist, previous management experience preferred
- ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy Technology; current Iowa permit to practice in Radiation Therapy
- Dosimetry certification by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board preferred
- BLS
- Mandatory Reporter
