Lube Technician


The Lube Technician is responsible in maintaining the health and longevity of our customers' vehicles through efficient and high-quality service. This fast-paced role involves performing routine light-duty maintenance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform light-duty maintenance services including oil changes, air filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate potential future vehicle maintenance or repair needs to customers.
  • Accurately follow manufacturer specifications and service procedures.
  • Meet productivity standards and work efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous service.
  • Additional duties as requested.

Reports to Service Manager

 

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in light-duty automotive maintenance (lube, oil, filter changes, tire rotations, etc.) preferred.
  • Must have basic computer skills for inputting service records and accessing vehicle maintenance data.
  • Own set of tools for the job required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following manufacturer and service guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
