Job DetailsJob Location: Main - MASON, OH 45040Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyGeneral Purpose of Position:  Perform daily security, safety, and public service duties.  Maintain a safe and secure work environment, while assisting in various aspects of the facilities department. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):   Duties/Responsibilities 1 Oversee and administer security programs that control access to all of the campuses to ensure a safe work environment for all employees 2  Daily documentation of events that have occurred on campus(es) 3 Conduct regular patrols of all campus buildings and assist with events and activities located on the campus(es) 4 Professional customer service with employees, guests, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers 5  Able to manage complex issues in a calm professional manner, while ensuring the safety of employees and the campus(es) 6 Develop a working relationship with local law enforcement 7 Utilize security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control points. 8 Adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and COPs as directed by the Company and Food & Drug Administration QualificationsTravel: Position may require 5-10% travel  Must have a valid driver’s license. Work Shift: This position works days, nights, and weekends. Overtime may be required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of  CCTV and Access Software Must be observant and detail oriented Have a helpful and professional personality Education and Experience: Previous Security experience preferred Outstanding Customer service experience strongly preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Physical Demands and Work Environment:      Required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see, and hear.  Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.   Must use hands and fingers to operate equipment/controls/computer.
